The Technical Requirements
Steel Wire
1.Steel wire mesh are made of low carbon steel wire, chemical composition shall conform with the relevant provisions of the GB/T700
2.The tensile strength of steel wire is 350-500N/mm2
3.Elongation of steel wire should not be less than 10\5, other requirements shall be in conformity with the relevant provisions of the YB/T5294.
Mesh sheets
1.No broken wires, Colour and lustre of the mesh is almost the same
2.Mesh sheets do not have damage, rust, galvanization layer do not have crack, the PVC layer shall not be damaged.
3.The tensile strength of mesh (in the knitting direction) should be above than 30 kn/m
The galvanization layer
1.Hot-dip galvanized layer should be uniform, continuous, smooth surface, it does not have cracks and leakage of plating
2.Steel wire wrap on the bar of 4 times the diameter tightly with six laps, the coating surface must not have a layer or cracking.
3.The aluminum content of zinc aluminum alloy type of coating should be not less than 4.2%
Polymer layer
1.The material of Polymer layer of the tensile strength should be no less than 17 n/was, elongation at break of no less than 200%
2.Polymer layer thickness between 0.4mm to 0.7mm, the allowed tolerance is plus or minus 0.1 mm
3.Steel wire should be closely integrated with the polymer layer, the proportion of polymer should choose:PE0.94-0.98 or PVC 1.30-1.38
4.tHE PROPORTION OF POLYMER TEST METHOD IS AS gb/t1033 standard.
Fittings
The combination of wire, horizontal fixed wire, spiral wire fixed, fastener material and mechanics index should be consistent with the mesh wire.
